Manny Sidhu — CEO & President
Manny Sidhu leads Whitmore Steel with 25 years of experience across engineering, project management, and construction technology. His focus has been to strengthen the company’s structural steel foundation while building toward the markets where disciplined fabrication and field execution matter most.
His perspective is grounded in a practical understanding of project delivery — particularly the importance of coordination, sequencing, and treating fabrication and erection as part of one execution process rather than isolated scopes.
Under Manny’s leadership, WSI is positioning as the structural steel partner of choice for GCs and owners who need fabrication quality, schedule discipline, and repeatable execution on programs where those things directly affect outcomes — including mission critical, healthcare, data center, industrial, and infrastructure markets.

AISC-certified QC covers both our shop and field operations — the same documented standards that govern how steel is cut and welded in the shop also govern how it’s aligned and connected in the field. Piece-mark records, weld inspection logs, and as-built documentation are available at closeout on every program.
